We recently had the pleasure of speaking with long time blogger and trader Charles Kirk (@thekirkreport) on StockTwits TV.  We talked what he has learned of late from his many interviews with traders (and investors).  We next focused on the challenges facing novice traders and the importance of self-study and mentorship.  Charles discussed some of the new methods traders are using to accelerate their learning processes.  We concluded with the psychological challenges of following through on any investment strategy in the face of inevitable drawdowns.  You can view the video in its entirety below:
