Last night we had the chance with long-time blogger Michelle Leder on StockTwits TV.  Michelle started her site footnoted to support the publication of her book on forensic accounting.  Some seven years later it is a part of Morningstar.  We discussed why it is that SEC filings always seem to come late in the day on Friday or first thing Monday, trends in executive compensation and a hint of the “secret sauce” she and her team use to identify what filings are worth investigating.  You can view the show in its entirely below:
