Last night spoke with Corey Rosenbloom (@afraidtotrade) who blogs at the Afraid to Trade on StockTwits TV.  Corey is also the author of the newly published book The Complete Trading Course.  We discussed Corey’s journey from fundamentalist to technical trader and the importance of noting the trend, especially in light of the financial crisis.  We also discussed how the best trades make sense from a technical and sector approach.  Lastly we noted the importance of keeping things simple in your approach to the markets and the need to cut your losses short.  You can view the video in its entirety below:
