Last night we took a deep dive into a recent by post Meb Faber at World Beta on StockTwits TV.  The post is interesting two respects.  The first is that it explores the much replied-upon Morningstar star rankings for mutual funds.  The second aspect we got into in depth on the show was a look at some academic research on the key drivers of mutual fund performance.  Our thesis is that all active investors and/or traders can take some of the lessons learned from this research and use it in their own trading.  You can view the video in its entirety below:
