It is the long-awaited follow-up to Cialdini’s classic Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion. Clearly there was some pent-up demand because it bested the rest of the field by a mile. Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis by J. D. Vance and How to Think About Money by Jonathan Clements also jumped onto the best seller list and my reading list as well.
